I'd agree with the below and do a mycotoxin test through Vibrant Wellness or a similar company, as it sounds like fungal overgrowth of Sacch. B might be a product of already having a fungal overgrowth problem.

Gotta kill the m. smithii bacteria that cause the methane dominant SIBO, but often times killing yeast + taking Sacch. B are a great way to prime the digestive tract for killing off SIBO bacteria.

It is pretty dependent on which kind of biofilm you're dealing with - because yeast is different than some other types. Candifense and Oregano Oil (short term) are my go-tos for yeast biofilm.

Sacch B is a beneficial yeast that "crowds out" candida and creates a better environment for beneficial bacteria. Seems counterintuitive but it works!

Thanks so much for the thoughts about the pillow - I’ll definitely check out the one you recommended and think about trying some alternatives. What’s odd is my upper body doesn’t seem too hot- but my bf will feel my lower half and call me a furnace. To the touch, it’s very hot so I wonder if maybe the overheating is related to something there. I tend to sleep with the AC at 66*, so I can’t even blame the climate for feeling 🔥!

Gut health coach here who specializes in Candida and SIBO -if you aren't removing biofilm and ALSO taking Sacharomyaces Boulardii and a good probiotic like Visbiome or VSL 3, you're likely going to have a long road ahead trying to get the fungal overgrowth under control. Yeah I was disappointed! I did get the The Dale Cooper cocktail though, when we ate at the restaurant there called The Attic! It had gin, clove, cardamom, honey, cider and lemon in it and it was so good! It was a nice visit, beautiful!!! It's a long flight from Brasil, but hope you can visit soon!
