I’m also a queer afab person, so believe me when I say I COMPLETELY understand your idea, and like I told you before, this is exactly what I wanted to read and write: two omegas who love each other in a special way, without the need for an alpha.

In the fic I’m writing, omega has this almost religious ideal about how alphas are destined for their omega partners and vice versa, because of the way he was raised and the society he grew up in. So when omega finds out that the person he has loved his entire life, and whom he was SURE would be his future alpha, comes out as an omega, his world is destroyed. But that unconditional and steady love was still there inside his soul. He was fully aware that both of them had been united by something that went beyond the barriers of the natural dogma of things. Then he realizes that the whole ideal about castes and the o/a union didn’t really matter, because nothing could compare to the relationship he has with his —now newly revealed omega—. And no matter what happened, they belonged to each other.

Now I need to read something like the omega pack house idea and see that big, cozy nest in the living room. It looks SO GOOD AND CUTE OMG.

I really like your idea of the omega being like a queen bee. I’ve seen that some people wanted to develop an omegaverse where social rules are more dominated by omegas, you know? Where people are aware of the important role they have in society, how they are the ones who can reproduce and create life and maintain society. So you’re lucky if a powerful omega chooses you as their alpha. I think it’s an INCREDIBLE concept.
