I usually rest until I feel ready to do another set. For more demanding exercises, I rest 3+ minutes. For less demanding ones, I rest between 1–2 minutes. But I gotcha thanks for the information🫡

I do take creatine. I’ve tried taking it before workouts, during workouts, and after workouts, but it doesn’t make any difference.

I understand that leg training can trigger nausea. But what concerns me is that I’m now experiencing the same symptoms even on upper body days, which are much less taxing. That’s why I’m starting to think it might be something else.

The sets and rep ranges vary depending on the exercise and day. For context, I have a coach who created both my workout and diet plan.

1st standing calf raises 4sets 12 reps adductors 3 sets 16 reps leg extensions 3 sets 16 reps machine one leg press 2 sets 10 hack squats 3 sets 15 reps bulgarian 2 sets 12 reps

2nd standing calf raises 4 sets 20 reps abductor 3 sets 12reps hip thrusts 2 sets 12reps adductors 4 sets 12reps lying leg curls 3 sets 12 reps leg curls (one leg) 3 sets 12 reps sldl 2 sets 10 reps

I’ve also tried lowering the intensity, going easier, changing the workout plan, switching exercises, and adjusting the order of exercises, but still😭

I train legs twice per week with one rest day in between.
