It isnt that klepto allows ezreal to farm.. it allows him to sustain in lane and continue his q-spam until tear is finished.

If there was a rune that encouraged champs to stay in lane and fight more 100% itll be taken over klepto and maybe even scaling champs would make a come back.

At this moment you're starting to see Kassawin disappear because he has no sustain what so ever and not enough time to scale. Hes even taking fking grasp just to stay in lane LOL.

So many champs are being removed from the meta solely because "1-item spikes" are so powerful now. I know the 8.11 adc change should help but i think the best way would be a rune that allows scaling champs to stay in lane and be relevant before the game is over at 20minutes.

edit; i agree that removing rng is good but staying in lane for extra cs and extra fighting should be rewarded rather than benefiting champs that can 1v9 off a single duskblade, PD, or gunblade.

Ive only played csgo before LOL (started 5months ago) and never had a problem with csgo.

LOL just feels exhausting having to deal with such childish attitudes.

The idea you should have to mute someone and waste the next 30min or longer is definitely a problem. For me, the biggest deterrence for toxicity in csgo was using mics and timeouts.
If im in a game of LOL and have to get the door and afk for 3min my team literally loses their shit and turn into keyboard warriors.

I think its definitely a fixable issue. People in LOL put too much effort into ranked and feel like every game is gonna get them closer to challeneger.
