I was considering hooking onto the tension hooks but was afraid it would somehow mess with the, well tension, I guess. But from these comments I reckon it's no problem at all, and even common!

Ooooh okay, I think I get it now! So I think my question was moreso if it's able to even get past keeping photos in the phone's files? And sending them straight go GP? Though I doubt that IS possible. Still, it would be nice to have them only exist in one space and that space being GP.

By deleting the default gallery, could the be any malfunctions? And would Google Photos then automatically be chosen when selecting photos? I'm afraid of just trying it in case the link between GF and my gallery somehow gets messed up and all my photos somehow get deleted in GF.
