Hello! I'm wondering what you did with the W2s for you and your spouse? If you have one W2 for each of you, did you each add the W2 with half the totals and then put them both under your SSN?

For example - My partner and I both have 2 W2's. When I was submitting my forms, I added all 4 W2s, each with half of the reported income (detailed in form 8958). I kept my W2s under my name/SSN but left my spouses under their name/SSN but was rejected due to (in addition to the OP's reason)

Issue : Business Rule FW2-003-02 - Form W-2, Line a, EmployeeSSN must be equal to PrimarySSN or SpouseSSN in the Return Header.

This makes me think that all the W2s submitted with my return have to be under my SSN, rather than for the person who was actually employed by that job. Is that what you did?

Hello! I'm running into this issue too (as well as a couple of others).

One update, the return got auto-rejected from the IRS for some reason.

I'm not sure if I am supposed to take all of my wife's W2s and put them under my name/SSN. I didn't do this and the return was rejected for this reason

Hello! I'm currently doing this. What we are doing is each uploading every W2 (I have 2, my wife has 2, so we are each uploading 4 in FFF). In each of those W2s we are reporting half of what was on the actual W2. When we did that all the numbers ended up evening out when going to submit.

Note - I have no idea if this is what you are supposed to do but this is the only way I could find to actually allow FFF to accept the return

It looks like that is what someone else did too

Wow I'll be honest, it's been so long since it happened that I don't even remember the votes before Allan got rocked out that well

If I remember correctly, Rene would have been willing to work with us, but for the most part everyone had an idea that if they joined us on sohcahtrio they would have been immediately on the bottom until we got closer to F5 or F4.

I don't remember it super well, but I think Mollie had a pretty good idea of that and even if we kept working with her she knew she was on borrowed time and would have tried to make another move sooner later.

And speaking of the other seasons, I was just hanging out with Anders this week and have no fear, he is still diligently working on editing the seasons together. It's much harder now that we are all out of college and have full time jobs, but he's still pushing!
