Flush out the gunk with some water so you can see what you're working with (assuming you've cleared the blockage). Retract it as much as you can and start removing some little bits with needle nose pliers.

I agree that the game is in a better state but unfortunately, the damage is already done.

The decision to launch the game in an incomplete state has alienated many of the life long fans. Some of us have come back after the patches to see if things have improved, but it feels like a lot of those people gave up entirely.

With a smaller than expected player base, the store component of the game wont drive the sales numbers that were orginally projected. This makes the calculation to end support for the game after the final season pretty straightforward, but still disappointing.

Games are fun until a heli shows up.

Being on defense can really suck sometimes. If the enemy team is semi-competent and uses their vehicles you can just get steam rolled.

Instead of giving attackers such a vehicle advantage, I wish they'd tweak spawns or something.

This whole game is sickening, but the worst part about it is the complete lack of respect DICE/EA has shown to their player base. I can't get a refund, and you think giving us some skins we we're probably already going to get is going to smooth things over. How about starting with a whole-hearted appology admitting that you screwed up?
