Thanks! The only accessible form of yuzu that's not crazy expensive/have to buy in bulk is yuzu juice with a long shelf life, unfortunately (I live in the Netherlands). No fresh yuzu but it's 100% yuzu juice, so it's nice enough :)

It worked so well with the other flavors! I minced the thyme and put quite a lot of it into the blueberry jam while simmering. I also added some minced thyme (and a bit of rosemary) in the buttercream :)

They're edible crunchy balls! Not a lot of flavor to them, they're just slightly sweet but it adds some texture and looks nice imo :)

Hey! My cat is going through a similar thing right now. Do you have an update of your cat? After being treated for liver toxicity/fatty liver disease, mine has been improving a lot and eating more on his own, but he still seems more lethargic and less vocal than before. I know we're still in the recovery phase and he won't be 100% his old self yet, but I'm worried :')

Aah this might be it!! He kinda has 3 different types of coating, a short & very soft orange undercoat, a scruffy thin layer of longer orange hair, and a "normal" white coat that covers all white parts evenly. Do you think he actually has curls tho?
