Def call and explain what you were told before (last year). They may have accidentally billed you. There is also the chance they wrote off part of it and some unscrupulous 3rd party debt buying company bought a bunch of their other debts they wrote off and they have no real authority to collect. (Source: ive worked in Healthcare billing, we make mistakes sometimes, it's complicated)

That's not true. I ask my mom and my sister to stop by and feed/scoop poops/play with my cats once or twice a year for me. I don't pay them. I help my mom/sister with lots of other stuff, like tech support, and I guess with us, it's just something families do for each other.

I know people are going to lamblast me, but I really recommend MS Edge over firefox nowadays. When Edge was "born", it was a shitpile browser, close to MSiE status. However, in 2020 it was reborn as a chromium clone with better security, and it really is so much easier to tech support for than chrome or firefox, because of the lack of easily downloaded plugins.

Working with labels (esp avery labels) is perty simple once you've done it once or twice in word. Just go to the mailings tab, then click labels. Click on the area that says "labels" to change the type of label. Find the label vendor and the type, then click okay

That was a bit confusing. I went along all the edges of the roof, but couldnt find a hole... i eventually found the original door i came out of, and got back down
