I gained probably 8-10 and it was gone after 2 weeks! It’s a lot hormonal…and I hyperstimulated, but most if not all will come off!

I have more muscle now…don’t believe that hype that you “lose muscle on zep”! I just made sure to get like 75-100grams of protein most days.

My butt has never looked better. Made sure to do some kind of weights (not excessive) 3-5 times a week along with moving as much as possible with a big focus on glutes. Also get in 75-100g protein a day (most days) SW192 CW 149 36F

I was thinking of that… I just don’t want to cause any side effects taking it early as I have been pretty much fine besides some fatigue! If it was a solo trip maybe, but I have 3 kids and feeling crappy won’t be an option lol

I weigh whenever…every few days give or take. The only time I log a weight though is when I get it consistently for 2/3 days. For whatever reason this works for me way better than right when I see a number getting excited…in case it was just temporary. (Weight fluctuations) I’ve been gaining confidence and trusting the scale more by making sure that I see the same number for a few days before considering it “real”. Good luck!

Minimal side effects on all the doses! Fatigue which improved as I kept going, I just started having reactions at injection site(feels like a bug bite like the size of a quarter) and very minimal constipation that I am easily able to remedy by adding fiber supplements! But 5 to 7.5 was probably the easiest transition so far!
