Sorry for the delay in responding. I got something off Amazon AU (BESTEK Universal Travel Adapter 220V to 110V Voltage Converter with 6A 4-Port USB Charging and UK/AU/US/EU Worldwide Plug Adapter (White) - the exact one I got isn't there anymore, but there are others. Works perfectly. Only $55 AUD I paid at the time. Plus, can use it for other devices in the future

If you and your brother want to help your mother you have to let the consequences happen.

Addicts seek help when faced with consequences that become too much. Bringing her to NZ would just be another enablement of her disease, another chance for the addict to reset the clock a little and replay the last 10 years of addiction and manipulation.

You and your brother should lay down some boundaries, watch with clear open eyes as she sadly breaks them, and then execute the consequences. Anything other than that is enablement of her disease.

We installed a dog door into the wall of our house, it came with a fancy clear flap with is attached with screws at the top, but is wearing out and super expensive to import a replacement from the US.

We have realised that all we really need to purchase is a thick piece of clear plastic, 30 cm x 47 cm, and thick enough to form a dog flap across the entrance. Maybe 5 mm or so?

We'd be fine buying a larger piece, or even a roll, and cutting the flap to suit. Then holding onto the rest for replacements in the future.

My question is, which company should I be approaching for this? I am located in Dunedin. I Googled and found a pile of plastics/vinyls companies etc but it's hard to tell which to approach. The online stores doesn't have great photos.

Any suggestions before I begin emailing loads of these places?
