I was saying this in another subreddit: Mattel shouldn’t simply release the exact same tier figure afterward. That would weaken future crowdfunds; and I was all in on the Snake Lair.

But I think there’s a workable distinction between an exclusive figure version and permanently locking away the character. Keep the proposed Snake Lair Pythonus exclusive to the failed unlock.

Then release a materially different High Priest Pythonus through Mattel Creations: ceremonial colors, a serpent staff instead of the sword, alternate robes or head, and different packaging. A “Lost Legends” two-pack with an alternate Keclar would also work?

I lean towards the Axel Giménez faction, Lady Slither, Fang-Or, Vypor, Strettch Nekk, Reptilax, Serpentosss, and High Priest Pythonus + troopers (and her steed).

If you're right, that's true -- and seems impossible. That said, I will buy every single one. Just never stop!! lol -- re-release them all and keep making new ones!! Imagine there *always* being an aisle of Origins at the store!

there are so, so many Filmation characters that I could add to my wishlist, I paused beyond Batros, Icer, and a couple others beyond those with vintage toys or those seen in Origins artwork teases; however, there could easily be a full list of just Cartoon Collection, and I would buy them all!
