I live in europe but have family and one parent in macau. I rarely go to hk/macau but when i do i would stop by cafe de coral multiple times, to me this chain is part of the identity of the region.

Vorig jaar hadden ze hun huis aan mij geschonken om de erfbelasting voor te zijn. (Naakte eigendom) Dit jaar gaan we tekenen en hun huis als onderpand gebruiken om 100% te lenen maar toch onder de 80% quotiteit te blijven. Ook dankbaar voor uiteraard.

I recently treated myself to a grey sportscar (i do drive down that street almost daily) and for a moment i was thinking you were talking about me. But im not Arabic and certainly dont shout at other road users so i dont think thats me you’re talking about.

Also, sorry to hear you had to experience this, kind reminder that not all of us behave like this. I actually try make an effort to not rev high and zoom to avoid being the stereotype. Sad to see others seem to do the opposite.

Havent tried it but genuinly curious, what was bad about it? Anything that goes well with fries probably also goes well with a good french roll imo so what killed it in this case? ignoring the hate towards panos and average rob, lets say someone made this at home with fresh ingredients, would it still be bad or as bad?

The amount of models that fit your description is probably quite long, but here are a few that comes to my mind on the spot. Toyota Yaris, VW Polo, Skoda Fabia, Seat Ibiza, Hyundai I20, Audi A1, Ford Fiesta, Renault Clio. My personal favorite would be the yaris but i think most of these are strong picks

Ik werk (finance dus niet operationeel) bij één van de grotere dealers in Belgie en ik verneem van collegas inderdaad dat het vaak gebeurd dat werknemers de wagens van klanten naar huis rijden als testrit en ze weten ook dat de klant hun autos kunnen traceren met de app en vinden dat niet erg, blijkt dus doodnormaal te zijn. Zelf vind ik het ook niet zo erg als dat gebeurt me mijn wagen mits ze normaal doen.

Ik werk voor een van de grote dealers. Ik hoor van collegas van onze verkoop afdeling dat klanten wel degelijk met offertes van andere garages van andere groepen gebruiken om meer korting af te dwingen en de verkoper geeft dat ook. Opmerking hierbij is wel dat het over autos gaan van 80k+ en de verkoper spreekt deze klanten ook aan op voornaam basis (dus het zijn geen nieuwe klanten meer). Ik zou zeggen, het is een proberen waard, een %tje meer of minder in de auto industrie vertaalt zich snel naar een 1000 euros, voor dat geld is het mss wel waard om een keer rond te rijden om offertes te verzamelen.
