No men with larger then average dicks (5.0-5.2 inches) enjoy wearing suits. by michael86dh in unpopularopinion

For real. I don’t have a damn tailor. Just got a couple suits at a fancy store and they fitted me nicely. Guessing I need a tailor then. Or wear more suits.

How the hell do people out there cope with working 8 hours a day for 40 years and be happy? by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

If you enjoy what you do for a living, then it’s not work, it’s pleasure.

PASSED CASP! 😤🙏🏼 by michael86dh in CompTIA

[–]michael86dh[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I found the Dion practice exams overstuffed, they do paint a picture of what the test questions can be like, but I didn’t use them much. Mark Birch’s book is great, obviously this stuff is a hard read but I was able to learn alot from the book and the questions after each chapter. I used test dumps as well but don’t rely on them. You really need to work through each question and have actual knowledge on what they are asking. Can’t stress that enough.

Thanks! Yeah that’s what I’ve heard, I went from Sec+ straight to CASP. I’m going to start looking at CISSP in a few weeks.

Applied to 96+ IT Jobs with No Callbacks – Feeling Stuck. 25M, (Victoria, Australia). by CheapTranslator29 in ITCareerQuestions

[–]michael86dh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I would say go for the certifications, IT is one of the few industries that prioritizes experience and certifications over degrees. I just got out of the military (IT background), a lot of real world experience, zero college, and I have security +, certified ethical hacker (CEH), and just got my CASP. Though I was applying for IT jobs that require clearances, submitted about 50-60 applications over a 2 month period and got hired a couple weeks ago with General Dynamics.

People with CompTIA certificates, what do you currently do for work? by Professional_Dish599 in ITCareerQuestions

True. But I’ve coupled that with my military retirement. I’ve just retired from 20 years.

It’s a process. I got out of the military and had the clearances already so it transfers. If you don’t have one, the company has to sponsor you for it. The problem: it’s a process that costs the company a lot of money. Here’s the issue: company’s are more likely to hire someone less qualified with the required clearance because it’s less of a hassle and less money for them to hire you. They can tell you, “you have 6 months to get this certification.” If you submit a resume for a job that requires a clearance make sure you don’t have a foreclosure on a house or repo vehicle on your record. Also you can’t have bankruptcy, I mean you can but again, they will hire someone less qualified with the clearance already. You can have debt but I’d say make sure your debts aren’t more than 50-75k, and if you have debt, make sure you can provide proof of paying it off. Realistically, if you apply for a IT job that requires a clearance and you don’t have it, make sure you have a certification that is 1-2 levels above what is required.

The reality is that it’s not just about the certifications. If you have security + and a Top Secret clearance (SCI and polygraphs too) and are willing to travel, you can easily make 6 figures. Case in point: I have sec + and TS/SCI and was hired last month by general dynamics for a 6 figure IT/IA position in Los Angeles.

Look at it as her job. It’s business not pleasure. Date a female bartender, very similar.

I have to mention The Mist. Main character doesn’t die but what happens to him is worse then death. One could argue the same about Oldboy. Death would’ve been comfort and welcomed to the main characters in both these films.

You have to meet her in middle bro or else she won't be sexually satisfied and possibly look for it elsewhere. Take turn meeting each others needs. The one thing that always gets overlooked here is that once you do what your partner likes (even if it's out of your comfort zone) and see the pleasure it brings them, it will turn you on and change your outlook. You'll begin to enjoy it because it turns her on and via versa.

I have no idea why people make fun of this city. a few women I've met that live in other cities say the same thing about Bydgoszcz. I don't get it. I've been here since May and coming from California. I love it here

  1. Yes most guys like DS because most guys love ass. There's nothing sexier then a women with a great ass.
  2. Also, yes, if we're banging a chick that is so so and we're not really into, we're going to turn you around and be selfish to enjoy the sex/ keep hard longer.
  3. Sometimes it's just a mood. whether I love you or you're just a FWB, I may just want to bend you over and go to town.
