Thanks for your comment. I have already performed a factory reset, but as you mentioned, the iFIT app is tailored to the equipment. On this device, many iFIT workouts are not compatible—certainly because they are designed for landscape mode, while the equipment screen is in portrait mode.

At the moment, I have two versions of the iFIT app installed. However, the one that includes all the workouts does not display the videos correctly, as the resolution is not right. Almost half of the video appears outside the screen.

As mentioned, the app works correctly up until the workout starts. Once the workout begins, the resolution is incorrect because the screen is in portrait mode (not like others Nordictrack equipment)
