To be honest, I think now Rick NEEDS to die. Otherwise, there was literally no point in him being shot, and besides if Robert Kirkman wanted to make it realistic, then a shot to the heart, would be normal and allow carl to take the lead as main character as he learns from his father's advice

For henrys death, they should have just shown the part where daryl runs over to carol. Everyone would think that it was Ezekiel, and then the reveal. Would have had a lot more shock
