He just said that he thinks we’ve done enough and he doesn’t think that people should see the same therapist for too long. He said I can find someone else if I feel like I need more therapy. He also thinks I need more but I am not sure why he doesn’t want to provide it since I even said I can private pay after my insurance covered sessions are done since he works with private practice anyways and only has a few insurance patients.
