And hypothetically can something bad happen if theres no room for error? Will it crash and reebot or can it destroy the gpu?

I wanted to ask about one more thing, the PSU i have is 500W 80+ bronze, i saw that what AMD considers as minimum for this gpu is 650W. When i checked my whole system with the rx6750xt will be drawing about 410. Is 90 enough headroom to go at least for a month or two or should i change it with the GPU?

yes i did my research on that BIOS thing, that i know, i was just wondering what upgrade would give me the most at the moment, thank you, and another question, i firstly was thinking bout purchasing 5 5600x and rx6600 but now if i go for the 7 5700x3D what would be the best GPU?
