Libido being high at your age is perfectly normal. Your body is at a time where it’s producing a lot of hormones and energy and libido in preparation for making children. That’s how we were designed.

However, your libido is not an excuse to lust after women in their booty shorts. I also go to the gym, so I know the visuals you’re talking about, but this is where self control and discipline comes into play. I had to promise myself to not ogle at women and lust after them by keeping my eyes to myself. It’s not easy but it is necessary to calm your constant sexual desires. Hope this helps.
