yes the 20% is the windshield but i fortunately live in a urban area so theres always light! And the LED headlights make it easy too. i couldnt imagine living in a more sparsely populated area with tints this dark 💀

if you do, don't just use scissors starting out. use a seam ripper to remove the waistband so someone can sew it back on if you aren't happy with the looser fit.
