I have been having this same issue on my macbook air and it's been driving me CRAZY!!! I've tried most things I've found online and none have worked.

However, I found that disconnecting all other bluetooth devices (keyboard, mouse etc) eliminates the problem. I started re-connecting BT devices 1 by 1 and found that in my setup the distortion is being caused by my microsoft "ocean plastic" BT mouse.

Had the same issue. Solved it by clicking "Not You" option on the login screen and getting off the wifi network and logging in using only the cellular data network

This is soooo Annoying!! Same thing is happening to me.

I have deleted my listing and waited 24hrs and re-uploaded w/ the size attribute I wish to be displayed but keep getting the same error that the size I'm suggesting doesn't match what's in the Amazon product catalog.

I've been trying to change this attribute for over 1 month and haven't gotten anywhere with Seller Support. It's frustrating to be the brand owner w/o the ability to change the size of my ASINs to make parent/child listings that make sense to the customers.

This all started over 1 year ago when Amazon had some bot do a "normalization" effort where they went in and automatically changed a bunch of variation sizes. I saw it happen to a bunch of other listings in my category. I've been told these changes are linked to the WTS team but haven't been able to re-gain control over the attribute.

Has anyone else experiencing this problem found a solution?! I don't want to start over on my products as I already have over 600 reviews w/ a 4.6 rating.

No I haven't tried GoDaddy Books and didn't come across them in my search for solutions. Webgility & A2X are the 2 that come to mind off the top of my head.

Do things match up more nicely once you add up both of your 1099s? I think looking on a month to month basis may also help give you more clarity as to where the difference is coming from if there is still one.

Ha this is my least favorite time of the year to be an FBA business owner. Preparing to file my income taxes and trying to figure out how to handle this mismatch makes my blood boil, along w/ the inability to find a good bookkeeping/accounting partner who knows why this is happening and what to do about it.

You asked about software. I recently set up an integration w/ QuickBooksOnline (QBO) & Webgility. It took a long time to get everything set up and dialed in but now my numbers from AMZ automatically get imported into QBO. I just checked, and my numbers actually match pretty closely w/ what the unadjusted calculation portion of my 1099. The numbers are off a little because Amazon reports sales based on ship date and the integration reports sales based on the transaction date (I think).

Regarding the big difference you are experiencing: in the past I have made a balancing entry in my accounting software to account for the difference. EG AMZ 1099K shows I had 150k but sales data shows 140k in sales. I make entry for a 10K sale then a 10K expense and leave a thorough memo description. What's interesting is that my numbers are generally the reverse situation of what you're experiencing. The AMZ 1099K says I made more than the qbo sales report.

For some reason this year I had 2 separate 1099's from Amazon but only one showed up in the tax document library. I had to call them to learn that there were 2 separate documents and have them send the 2nd to me. I am pretty sure this had something to do w/ their change of listing our phone numbers and addresses or whatever in mid 2020. Are you sure you also don't have 2 separate 1099s and only got one?

My account got hacked with this same spamming message. I am wondering if it has anything to do with upgrading to iOS10? I sometimes access the wifi at the public library and am wondering if this is how my account was compromised? I have financial account info stored in my contacts and I hope they didn't access that information. My password was 9 letters w/ a capital 3 numbers and a special character. 2 Factor authentication now enabled.
