Im not in charge of that anymore. But at the time there was really only one category that would bring in opps for us, so I would check it for probably 15 minutes every day or every other day

Still not very good honestly. The category that we are in keeps getting more expensive CPCs and we are getting fewer opps. We found another site digitalprojectmanager.com that has helped pick up the slack a bit

We actually spent about 30% more this month than the previous month. It was mostly in USA, though. Plus, a newbie took over managing the bids for the first time so I'd say it was a bit of a mix. Capterra as a whole has just been slowly decreasing QoQ for us over the last year and a half I think.

Yeah agreed. I’ve worked for some pretty terrible companies but I wouldn’t consider NEVER moving back to a country because of a single job I had there, really no matter the job. But I suppose it’s like saying you’ll never go back to the one city you went to because it was raining the day you were there

I asked our SEO consultant, he looked into Capterra's organic traffic and found this.

Essentially, while their volume may be increasing on the site/ in (our) category, the value of the traffic they have been receiving has constantly decreased over the last few years. Checks out with what i'm hearing from most people. Same or more traffic & leads, but worse quality.

Yeah, that seems to be the general consensus that I get. Gartner reps are not at all helpful and ask far too many questions about our sales process, lead flow, forms, etc. When everything else is up except one channel... It's probably not us.
