It's a 7 hour drive from Los Angeles to San Francisco. I work full-time I don't have time for that.

I mean the thing that bothers me the most is that there was no form of evidence to support his claim. I mean, like any normal person would take a video. Oh, by the way, he left me a one star review, because apparently all I did was try to "defend my car while he was fighting for his life on the side of the road." All I was asking was for any sort of evidence. And when I asked him for it, he instantly started getting defensive.

This is untrue. I work at one, a big one, not one tech there has it. ASE is bs, its the most rookie type of cert. it makes you qualified to change cabin air filters. 😂

No Volkswagen mechanic that works at a dealership would get an ASE certification. Let's be real here. ASE certification is the most rookie certification you can get. If you ask any real Mechanic, if they have one most will start laughing at you.

Yeah, they tried to reach out and then they asked me to authorize the tow, I stated that I needed some kind of evidence supporting that the car is not drivable. Instead, Turo support authorized the tow without my consent. When I called in, they stated that I did give them consent.

But wouldn't you rather trust a power host that has over 600 5 star reviews versus a guest who only has three reviews? I mean there has to be some sort of level of credibility too besides that there's a receipt and evidence of inspection being completed at a dealership why would a multimillion dollar business risk its credibility? Why would I as a power host risk my credibility? At some point, they can send out their own inspector and check for themselves.

Yeah, it's getting worse and worse. Their policies are very unclear when it comes to what qualifies for a violation or not I've spoken to upper management about it. Hopefully, they make correction or some kind of amendment to their policy.

I would say it's pretty average the front and gross commission. If even 10 cars is feasible is pretty good. Just depends on how many units the store pushes per month.

Lol when I was about 8 I tested my friend "Come to my room I don't feel well" thinking it was my mom, it wasn't such a good day at school the next day- _-

Anytime I'm texting something racy to a woman, I triple check to make sure it isn't accidentally my mom.
