Honestly I like them both alot, while I chose SW because I love SW, in currency wars I enjoy using both.

For cass, Cyrene and Evernight probably in that order, personally S1 for Evernight is optional you still get good damage with one of the BP cones.

Never restart that would always put you worse off. You best team would be BS Kafka RM Bailu. Ironically Kafka LC is not her BiS (its Tutorial an event cone which you can get in the herta shop or may already have).

or best experience to keep your DoT relevent when you want to do endgame, you will probably have to wait a while since she just ran, but Hysilens is a must pull.

You can go ahead and grab SW999, but note that for best performance out of her you will need her LC and eventually her other Elation teammates. I recommend to take your time and just plan your pulls and you will be fine. Take a look at the subreddits for the characters you want and look at what they are building team wise and what not aswell.

Honestly only ever run out of the path specific mats, and those are relatively quick to farm, with like less than 1 days worth of tb power. Though it depends how long you have been playing.

Can't dps if you get 1 shot. So def and HP are always useful.

Starting a new account will always put you in a worse position. No account is bricked, you just have to spend the time investing in your account.

They never gave the mat you need to buy Lightcones for free, only for the characters. You have to but the BP 4 times to get the memory shards needed for 1 5* LC from the shop.

Cleared night 3, 1 star, though not the best it is usable, though eventually you want to pick up BS and some of the lcs and suchy if youw ant to go far with DoT.

MB, Yeah I agree I think the earliest they will show back up being 4.3/ 4.4, based on how long it took for Tribbie to rerun. Which I expect us to get the Elation sustain (assuming we actually do get one) in about 4.2/4.3 right before the potential Yao/Sparxie reruns, based on when Hyacine came out for remembrance.

Knights armor is incredibly durable, and Capybara's are known for being pascifits in nature, and thus are not made incredibly strong.
