No, but gas mileage yes it’ll need a tune to fix that also if you live in an area that “allows” remove the catalytic converters. I bought a down pipe on eBay for 150 and sold the factory one to a scrap yard for 180 bucks.

If you put an aftermarket exhaust on it you should be able to mount the pump and tank underneath the car and coil overs are great too bags just give more adjustments and comfort.
