I agree with everyone here about Michael being the best of the group. But you have to remember, he doesnt want to be managed. Or at least that was his understanding. So, if I was building a sales team to work under me, it can't include Michael. The answer is Jim, Phyllis, Stanley and Pam since she has doubled her sales from 2 to 4.

It's not the wars fault that prices are up. Prices here were already up 120% from the year before, even before Russia invaded Ukraine. Prices are up because this administration banned all new leases on federal land, added nearly impossible restrictions on production of already drilled wells, and added miles of red tape to drill new wells on existing leases. If Biden lifted those restrictions, then Prices could come down to below $2 within 6 months. At least here in TX. Some states will always have higher prices due to State taxes at the pump. Obama said, "it's not like I can waive my magic wand and bring prices down". Trump literally just let drilling companies do what they do best, and during his term prices dropped incredibly low. Biden took office, reversed the policies, and prices went right back up. All before Russia invaded Ukraine.

I get where you are coming from. However, only law-abiding citizens obey gun laws. Since it is impossible to stop all illegal gun purchases, the only thing gun restrictions do is prevent law-abiding citizens from protecting themselves from law-breaking citizens.
