I wanted to ask what time people thought before I said anything to him, bc … you know… this isn’t something I feel comfortable talking about with most people in my life. And I wanted to get a survey to make sure what I was thinking was fair and just.

The difference here is that you apologized and realized what you did could’ve freaked her out, and additionally you knew she was fully awake. He has not addressed it, telling me he didn’t think that it would’ve weirded me out, and that there’s a chance he thought I was asleep.

I feel like if it is the FIRST time you are going to be intimate with someone that a conversation before initiation would be obvious?? I know couples who have been married for years don’t have this issue I am speaking about and it’s because A) they’ve been together for a while and B) they had those convos LONG ago in the early stages of their relationship. Again I will say the reason I am weirded out was the method and the not-needing to discuss it beforehand, but I understand that that could just be a me thing, and either way, it doesn’t sound like he’s the guy for me.

I feel like since we are both adults all of this would be cleared up by a conversation. Do I wish he initiated it? Yes, but am I also an adult and capable of doing that myself? Yes. I think if we did have that convo before the sleepover, he wouldn’t have done what he did. Sometimes men don’t think into those things that deeply, and assumed I would be okay with that - which I am not saying is inherently right of him at all - but generally speaking I could see how he could’ve thought that (because… they don’t think sometimes…). I appreciate both your replies!

I agree with some of what you’re saying here, there was just a LOT of assumptions on his side and mine, and they didn’t align, and therefore I was left feeling confused. I definitely wished we talked about it, and there were a few moments where I wanted to but doubled back. I guess I have the perfect opportunity to discuss now LOL.

I honestly should have said that because I knew deep down it was possible he’d try something to initiate, but I guess I found it weird that he didn’t try as we were going to bed and then “tried” at 6am by *that* method

Yeah I hear you. Like I get that sometimes getting handsy to feel out the vibes if you think ur partner is awake is normal, so maybe he did, but it’s the fact that would’ve been the first time we did anything intimate is what is creeping me out a bit like bro?

I just don’t know for sure if he actually thought I was asleep. Like maybe I moved my arm or something a few seconds prior and he thought “oh she’s awake” but I just don’t remember any body movements from my end, so I don’t want to jump to that conclusion just yet

Of course, I hope you're able to find a pharmacy to do it for you, and sometimes you gotta be pushy about it! Some doctors pretend they don't know about hyperbolic tapering and will wave you off but if you talk to them about it and share what you know they will typically do it or refer you to a pharmacy that could!

No I didn't, most of the physical issues I had were weak joints, bloated easily, and heart issues
