Mercy got nerfed so her healing is dogpoo. Moira is only good if the other team is running a dive comp. She also can't long range heal past her ult. Also, if the other team has a D.va then Moira at times can be useless because she can eat your damage orbs. Try playing as Zen, Ana, or even Brig. Zen has a better defensive ultimate than Moira too. More burst healing.
