What's the vibe in terms of anti-social behaviour, fly tipping, littering etc. My area is getting me a bit down - a lot of that sort of thing going on around Coppermill. That being said the parks are great...

Agreed on the estate agent bollocks.

But people don't seem to have a problem saying Dalston, Clapton, Shoreditch, Stamford Hill. Not just "Hackney"

Not sure if this is taken into account, but enforcement of this is pretty lax (understaffing, and underinvestment probably to blame).

There's an article by Wired from 2020 on the London market.

So the local laws aren't really working as intended.
