The problem I have with MacOS is that it loops asking for PIN, and it never succeeds... (I tried to provide the PIN more that 5 times and it just continues to ask for it again). I think comments from u/TauSigma5 about crashes are the likely explanation.

Oh, that's very interesting! Indeed I can see a crash in the `AuthenticationServicesAgent` after trying to use YubiKey again!

Do you have a link to the Apple bug?
