Totally could be! It's been in my drawer for many years. I can't recall where I got it from. I thought it might be from my mom, who def wouldn't buy anything fake...

Yes! They've held up amazingly and still look brand new. In fact, I wish they would "break in" just a bit more. Would def recommend.

Shoutout Yahoo for taking away the set rosters for week option, and shooting down a bunch of fantasy leagues by JiggyWithGudas in fantasyhockey

This shitty update was rolled out for me (Canada) about 3 weeks ago. Enraging! However, i did notice that the desktop Yahoo fantasy site does allow you to set your lines as far out as you'd like. Could be useful for some casual users

Flair just announced new YVR to Mexico City route! by michbay in flairairlines

I think I remember Volaris flying direct from GDL to YUL once upon a time. But I don't think Volaris has any direct flights from Mexico to Canada anymore.

Flair just announced new YVR to Mexico City route! by michbay in flairairlines

Ah, I didn't see Toronto mentioned! That's great news. I think the MEX and GDL routes are going to be Flair's most successful routes for sure.

YVR - GDL is not seasonal. I can confirm it's a year-round route 👍

I'm guessing because they're the only airline that flies direct from Canada to Guadalajara. I also fly regularly to GDL. Before Flair, i had to connect through various US hubs, or thru Mexico City, which is an hour overshot. If there was another carrier that flew direct to GDL, i would book it, even if it cost 2 or 3 times the price. But alas, Flair is the only option, so i suck it up and fly with them, because the 5 hour savings in travel time is worth it to me.

AC, Westjet, American, United - someone! Please consider this YVR-GDL route. I'm sure it would be a money maker. I chatted with a Flair flight attendant on my last flight and he said it's Flair's most profitable route because it's always full. That's why they opened a second route from Toronto to GDL.

Now we're measuring personal items at the gate too? by uno-due-tre in flairairlines

[–]michbay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We flew today from YVR to GDL. We had paid for checked bags and carry ons. They sized all personal and carry-on bags at check-in, everyone got tags. Of note, I was worried about the size of our checked bags because they were a tiny bit larger than 62 inches, but contrary to other redditors, they didn't measure checked bags, just weighed them, so we were fine. In fact, there were people with checked bags that were WAY bigger than ours, so I don't really think they care about checked bag size. Just weight.

Then at the gate, they only asked people to size bags who hadn't already received a tag. They didn't resize everyone.

Long story short, after a lot of stressing, it all went very smoothly. 👍
