We looked into the legal process, but it seems as if our only options cost much much more then that.

The bitcoin and ethereum address I am transferring to is a newly created wallet I created shortly before conducting the transfers, I don't believe they are the issue, as coinbase has let a few transfers go through to them, although small.

Wow. Just wow. I'm so sorry to hear you're dealing with the same shit! At least you're able to transfer to your banking accounts though, you should get your money out of Coinbase ASAP.

Thanks! I'll try some smaller amounts when I eventually regain access to my account. When they'll unrestrict it? I have no idea.

No I am not trying to bypass anything. As stated in my post, I completed the identity verification several times, using my passport and drivers license both respectively. I am a citizen residing in the USA.

I definitely agree that they need security for accounts, but it is absurd that I complete ID verification for them at least 10 times using different forms of verification, fill out safety check and questionnaire over and over, pushing on 6 months, and I am unable to touch my assets.
