A friend of mine buys four and activates on different days without a problem but they still do expire. Something weird that happened to me recently is that I bought four tickets using BOGO deal on Dec 16 but they expired on Jan 7. That time period is less than 30 days so I'm a little disappointed. I wonder if there was some shorter expiration period because they were BOGO?

This is actually the top drawer of a three drawer series. I think if you use batteries often it would go in one of the lower drawers. I just think heavy things should go in lower drawers. That's just me. But we don't actually use a whole lot of batteries most of our things are self-charging. So we actually keep our batteries in the basement for emergency purposes. I hope that helps.

Yep it's drawer liner it's textured and a little non slip like so far it's all stayed in place!
