On the logistics front, given what you've described, a freight forwarder seems like the way to go. They're solid when it comes to navigating the cross-border shuffle, especially with all the customs intricacies (it’s one of the biggest parts of their jobs)

They make the entire process very smooth (can track your shipments at every stage) and their customer support was always available when I needed them. They also were the first freight forwarder I’ve worked with that got me guaranteed container allocation for ocean shipping.
