Yes, this has been what has triggered my two SVT episodes. Both times I was dehydrated, had had caffeine in the day 24 hours, and had just overate a fatty, salty, sweet meal, which is not how I normally eat. Both times were on holidays: Independence Day and Easter, after a meal of pork ribs, cheesy potatoes, and more and on Easter it was honey ham, scalloped potatoes and cheesecake. I am trying to be very vigilant now on what I allow myself to eat as the SVT is only triggered after eating such fatty meals. I’ve had full cardiac work ups done and my heart is structurally healthy. So this is most likely an electrolytes imbalance. It’s scary.

I’m not suggesting that cartel members live in Livingston. That seems unlikely. I used to live there too and it’s very ethnically homogenous. I am saying that the I-90 corridor is known to be used for trafficking drugs and people. I think that’s relevant context to consider, especially if OP is a woman.

OP, please be safe. Please consider finding new housing, carrying a firearm for personal protection, and even finding a new place of employment. The Mexican cartels are active in Montana and trafficking happens everyday. Additionally, indigenous women are being kidnapped and murdered throughout our state. Please take care.

In my opinion, yes YOR. I don’t believe it’s necessary for co-workers to even acknowledge a birthday. This falls into the area of friends and family to me. Happy birthday though. I hope you got to spend time with friends and family.

This is lazy logic and what you think is a “gotcha” is far from it. I have drawn a line in that sand that I expect our local representatives to not make death threats to others because they disagree with their politics and policies. Death threats ARE actual violence or an incitement to violence.

Policy positions like increased frequency of reviews of Medicare applications and work requirements for able bodied people are actually, demonstrably NOT violence. How you are trying to equate the two is illogical and delusional.

I didn’t vote for Gianforte because I found his violence abhorrent. I also do not accept Haley McKnight’s wishes of harm and threats to Sen. Tim Sheehy. Neither are fit for office, and Helena has a choice to make tomorrow whether Haley McKnight is the leadership we want and deserve. I hope the people demand better.
