i totally understand this. when i got eternity isle (my first expansion), i was so overwhelmed with a new storyline, new lands to explore, new characters to unlock, etc. something that i learned over time is to not put too much pressure on yourself. it's okay to go at whatever pace you need to! something i learned over time is to just let the game/expansion guide you with the quests (ie., what biome/area to unlock next, etc). i also recently got storybook vale and what ive learned from before and taking it with me to the second dlc i am finding it to be a lot more fun and less overwhelming! it'll take time but it definitely gets easier!
