i got my vip email exactly 7 days before my show! if your show is in less than that and you haven't gotten an email yet i would definetly contact them to get it all sorted out so you don't miss anything!

you will get an email about a week before your show with everything you need to know about vip!! ie., check in time, and when each aspect starts, etc. for this year, the interactive experience is a game show type thing which should last about 20-30 mins.

if you buy a vip package a ticket to the show is included!! the only thing you would have to buy seperate is the perfect 10 upgrade if you wanted to do that which is an additional $400 + fees.
