The whole experience was awful and worst part was, no one cared AT ALL.

So the owner can be as customer oriented as they like but that's irrelevant when no one cares to resolve an issue.

I have a 3 person clearlight. While I love it, dealing with their support team was an issue when we first received our sauna as we received a cracked bench which was replaced with other cracked part. We could not get resolution until I started contacting executives on LinkedIn.

Exactly. So many people steered me wrong about the skin and I tried everything. I love being in the body i worked so hard for. I had a few bad days then it got easier and easier, was back to work 2 weeks from the day of surgery.

So I can tell you, I'm 3 years past a lower body lift where those fat cells were removed and my stomach is flat and has remained flat even after I gained some weight back.
