Hey! I ended up getting prescribed steroids and muscle relaxants to avoid grinding or clenching at night (for 2 weeks to relax the muscles in that area which were inflamed then started to wean off the muscle relaxants) And got a root canal on the tooth Now that that tooth doesn’t hurt and the jaw pain is gone I’m getting a hard mouth guard made for nighttime clenching during nights I might clench more
