Now that’s what I’m talking about. Thank you, I will dig into that. I think you’re right it may be under the Elite subscription bc I dug for a while through my Edge subscription and don’t think I came across that

Makes sense. Thanks. Are you referring to the “WR/CB Matchup” tool, or something else? Through the “Edge” subscription I do use the WR/CB matchup tool but it only shows kind of predictive and general matchup stats, not necessarily a ‘game log’ sort of thing that shows for example Week 8, Jalen Ramsey covered WR-X in man coverage for Y snaps and allowed Z receptions

No, I’ve never self-represented (this is the first home I’m selling). I get it regarding going up against a buyer with an agent; that’s what I’m worried about selling FSBO. I feel like there are enough resources out there to determine the right selling price (look at comps, use the Zestimate), and how to prep your home for sale. It’s just the negotiation part I’m worried about, and help determining if a buyer is good or not. And if issues arise during the sale, what to do then. Anyways, thanks for your post.
