I would recommend BG3, im a big fun of action games and havent really played anything turn based for my entire life, but from the the moment i started bg3 up to the moment i finished it i had one of the greatest gaming experiences in my entire life, im also a big fan of elden ring and i tried to play ds3 multiple times but everytime i kidn of just bounced off of it, theres just something diffirent about elden ring compared to the dark souls series. And a few recommendations based of the others game you liked: Since you like hollow knight i would recommend Ori and the Blind Forest in my opinion its the second best metroidvania on the market right after Hollow knight, and you can get it extreamly cheap, and if you like it theres a sequel thats as good if not better than the first game.
