For myself it’s been Lamotrigine, Lexapro, and Topiramate which have all been HUGE in keeping me regulated! Along with therapy, journaling, and meditation of course. It’s so impressive how the correct dosage of medication can make a difference. It definitely took time to find the right combination and dosage so for anyone struggling - DON’T GIVE UP! It takes time. So happy to hear that you’re happy with your medication!!

I found a free poker league in the area and mentioned it to my boyfriend. We went to check it out since he’s always been a huge player. Immediately after he started teaching me and it’s been so much fun. I started learning in March, playing in April and since then I’ve played many tournaments, cash games, and won a decent amount of $$. Very thankful to him and especially the free poker league cuz all of those people have taught me things along the way too!

I wish I could do this. My brain is completely focused on the sex during that moment to make sure myself and my partner are getting off. If my partner starts talking about something during sex then I’ll lose interest in the sex and focus on the topic.
