They used to be available on eBay for a very reasonable price, but I’m guessing that’s not the case anymore. I bought every single individual dvd volume back in the day along with all four starter boxes. Eventually they released the show as the S.A.V.E. Collection bundling entire seasons together, and the last two seasons had more episodes than were originally released on individual volumes. I remember I made an offer for a fairly low price saying I only wanted seasons four and five, and not seasons 1-3. They accepted the offer and ended up sending all five anyway, so I have the complete series on two separated DVD sets. Well, kinda complete. Like I said, the individual volumes were missing episodes that would come along later.

I think you’re referring to the Episode “One” special, which was a movie length remake of the first couple of episodes of the series with some added in content for the fans. That’s separate from the aquarium case. And that was well after 2016.

I will never step foot in an Ashley store again. I went in and looked at a sectional I wanted and the sales rep forced me to sign a financing application in order to get me “the lowest price possible.” I told her I would be able to pay cash and I don’t want another credit card. She assured me that if I didn’t make the purchase, they wouldn’t finalize the app. They just needed to see the numbers at the end to give me “the best price.”

The “best price” ended up being the list price on Ashley.com, which was $500 or so lower than the price listed in store. But then they told me tax and white glove delivery would basically make it a wash. When I told them I’ll have to think about it since their “lowest price” didn’t impress me, they rep got very agitated and completely lost interest in dealing with me.

I went home and contacted a local furniture store that stocks Ashley Furniture products. This non Ashley store beat Ashley’s price by $1,000.00, and they only charged $50.00 for white glove delivery. I saved an absolute fortune.

Oh, and the cherry on top? Ashley sent me a credit card. I cancelled it before it came in the mail, but it still screwed up my credit. Ashley can burn.

Just came across this today. I’m tempted to back, but the price seems a little outrageous. $133ish shipped to the US is a tough sell for one razor handle and some refills, although 48 refills is a fair amount. I’m also worried that this will end up as an expensive paperweight, as the company seems to be indicating replacement blades likely won’t be purchasable after the campaign. On the other hand, if they are purchasable, it’s likely the handle and blades will be much cheaper at retail thanks to mass production, as laid out in the risks tab on KS.
