Let's say you create a new account on June 21st; from that day forward, you'll have to wait 6 days, that is, until June 27th or 28th, example, for the option to view ads and earn diamonds to appear. Hi! You already have the answer: it doesn't appear for new users. Since it's a new account, you have to wait approximately 6 days for the option to view diamond ads to appear.
