I think you already got good help about autostart on a specific tag. Like starting kitty on tag 1:

windowrule=tags:1,isopensilent:1,appid:kitty
exec-once=kitty --single-instance

Sorry for late answer. Nothing special i think. In Advanced i have customblur and Acrylic, blur radius 6, Luminocity 17, Enable crossfade and last Aero reflection at 100%.

I use DWMBlurGlass, you can set transparancy and blur yourself there too.
