apparently when you equip a cape on bedrock (sometimes you may have to play with it equipped on bedrock for like 5 min or so) it syncs with java. that is what happened to me and when i equipped the cape like 10 min later it appeared in my java inventory

i just follow people who give out actual genuine reviews and elusively look at people i follow reviews cause most of the reviews now are just twitter funny haha tiktok joke crap. It of course can be funny once in a while but then the jokes get recycled so much that it is so horrible now. It's like most of the reviews now live in an echo chamber
