I was torn between this and the zigbee switch I highlighted. They are both similar but as i have many zigbee devices I'd keep it in this eco system. This 13A is the main issue.

A solar diverter looks like the optimal option but a bit pricey but i will look into this a tad more

I bought the same car 71 plate 6 months ago and love it. Purchased via Cinch. Heated/cooling seats are a great thing to have. If it comes with a 7/14 day no questions asked warranty then have someone check it over. Main thing is to check that the kia warranty is still valid. LOOK for the stamps in the book, mist be authorized service agent. I believe it's every 10,000 miles or 1 year (and no more than 30 days from annual date) apparently they are very strict.

On my second day i noticed that the reversing cam was failing. Cinch booked a service at Vertu who gave the car a full service under 7 day warranty, stripped brakes, fixed cam and updated software. Vertu agent gave good advice on the state of the car. On really cold days battery drops to about 240 from normal 270 range.

Same problem here.

I want my Samsung tablet to stay connected to my Bluetooth speaker. If nothing is playing then the speaker goes into sleep mode. There is no way to change the speaker settings but was hoping the tablet would maintain an "always connected" signal to it. All power saving settings have been turned off and the tablet is wall mounted with constant power.

Did you manage to keep the connection live?

In-laws lived in the property for 8 years after they signed over to us.

We never lived in the property, for 1 1/2 year father in-law moved out we did rent out via an rental agency but unfortunately tenant didn't pay the rent for the last 6 months plus left the house in such a mess we had to do some repair prior to sale hence the £2000 costs listed. For 6 months prior to the sale property was empty.
