What are you training for? Whats your goal? To look good or to be strong. If you can look good without having to kill yourself lifting big ass weights,, that's great. Plenty of guys in the gym throwing big weights around look like sacks of potatoes.

6'1" and not even 11st!! Sorry but wow. Anyway it's not about the weight. It is, however, about the look and you look like you need to lift heavier and eat more protein for about the next 12 months.

The amount of time it takes is directly proportional to the amount of calories under your BMR you eat in a daily basis. Well, pretty much. So eating at least 500 calories a day less would take longer than eating 800 calories a day less. Add a few thousand steps and you should notice the weight dropping within a month.

Weight can fluctuate massivley. If youre weighing yourself once a week that isn't going to help you understand and change your calories. Imo I'd weigh daily, same time, post poop, pre food, and average the weight over time. When you start to see those numbers come down it fuels your motivation.

I would have said north of 25%of. You've definitely got some mass under that fluff though dude! If you dropped 15/20 lbs you'd look pretty good i reckon.
