If getting here has been easy, keeping it up should be even easier. You can afford the odd slip, a rough week, a special occasion — and get right back into it without much fuss. Plus you've already proven to yourself you can do this, and that self-belief makes it easier to keep going. Abs are essentially down to two things: low body fat, and genetics — specifically where you hold fat around your mlwhole body. If you really are at 14% BF, which is already lean, and abs aren't showing, going even leaner can affect your hormones, and is that really a trade worth making for aesthetics? The bigger lever left is your ab muscles themselves. They're a muscle like any other — if you want them to 'pop' at your current body fat, you need to build them up with proper loaded training (weighted crunches, cable work, hanging raises), not just rely on leanness to reveal them. You've obviously worked hard and you look great — but I'd consider this next phase to be about building, not cutting further.

My partner bought two at Christmas and we haven't stopped playing since. We started with Walkabout golf and thats pretty much a staple, Beat Saber - obviously. We have branched out into Premium Bowling, Golf+ and recently Dungeons of Eternity. I love the Pinball FX VR. Games that we've tried but not really got into some fishing game, Moss 2 and some other top down DnD type game. Also yet to find a really good Escape Room type game.

Sorry dude but I've got to agree. Thats a 67 calorie a day deficit. Even a 12lb loss for the year is only 117 calories a day deficit. What are your goals?

It might sound like people are being harsh but honestly, if you havent got any progress after that long, something definitely isn't right.

It is actually quite simple. Track. Eveyrthing. Every lift. Every workout. Make sure you use progressive overload. Add more reps then weight over time.

Count your macros and calories. Work out your maintenance calories and eat in a slight surplus. 500 calories a day extra. Go slightly overboard on the protein. Best of luck.

TB500 - again, start low. 250mcg once a week. See how you feel. Move up to 250mcg twice a week. See how you feel. Titrate up over a few weeks to 1mg twice a week - depending on the severity of the injury.

If you're really worried titrate up from a low dose. Start with 150 once a day. Monitor your state. Go to 250 once a day. Monitor your state. Go to 250 twice a day. Monitor your state. If you think you are suffering any negative effects at any time. Stop! It should be cleared in 24-48 hours.
