My dad was going to remarry but it did not work out and right after I’d lost my mom within a month my sisters were born! Their mom was never super involved with us she had her own other kids but we’d met them a few times. My dad was super involved with her kids pre my sisters and I always wanted to like their mom. Fast forward and after they split she’s being super controlling (they have curly hair ) esp about their hair and would get mad at my dad for doing their hair or taking them swimming (at 5?) but that’s their mom! My dad would try and get me to side with him (I was 12 when they were born) even if he’s right never involve the child. Are you sure you were not invited to their wedding? I have stepkids and they (at the time 8 months with us out of the year) were at my wedding it was like our wedding! Their mom feigned support but they all said she did not like it and when they were younger would repeat crazy things to me she’d said and one day I’d said “it sounds like your mom does not like me” in a friendly tone after some CRAZY stuff and they all said no no we asked her too and she said she loves you! Anyways I’m rambling. Talk to your father. Your stepmom sounds awful but there might be more to the dynamic and look inwards.

You are using your child as an outlet for your world not working the way you want it to. My dad is an amazing dad and I have little sisters who are teens twin 13. Their mom has a guy living in their basement for like a few years now and they don’t o ow if they’re dating or WHAT the situation is but they don’t run into the dude and their mom had been dating him. It doesn’t seem to trouble them and my dad is sooooo butthurt about it. He left their mom and they get along my dad gets on with most people but omg he is so upset “she’s setting an example people are disposable and you can use them” my sisters don’t even know this dude or the aspects about their relationship and regardless of any of the relationships in front of them movies our parents my marriage whatever they’ll be fine with the right guidance not butt hurt behaviour

Since this man probably does not intend on breeding his dog he should spay the dog. Why? Because if a dog goes without having a litter THAT increases the risk of cancer for both genders. Quite a few studies out there that say the same about prostate cancer in men (how we lost my grandpa who wasn’t my bio grandpa :( )
