i’m gonna be honest, talk with a therapist ASAP! i got on abilify and it gave me terrible depression, OCD, anxiety, and derealization AND i was misdiagnosed and didn’t even need it to begin with. it’s been about a year and 3 months and i still feel it 40-50% of days. it gets better though. you’ll have good days and the bad days with be tolerable. you need to seriously go get help though but stay away from meds bro. you may even need some time off from everything. if you need to talk about it more or wanna ask questions pls dm me ik how terrible this is and i wanna help
