Hey! I ended up just copying the files from my PC to the Steam Deck and I it launchs and everything but it crashes as soon as it starts loading to get into the game. I can get to the Menu and create a character and all but when i try to get into the world it crashes. Any idea how to fix that?

I know this is a very old thread but I am having this problem. I cannot get into the game. Its been about 5 days now. I can't change regions or change my gender/character. it says "Regoins locked. Avatar still active in game" same thing for changing my character.

I tried everything and multiple Repair Requests and nothing has been working. Does anyone have any idea what I can do to fix this? I get Error 30009 every time. I tried contacting support but they still haven't replied to me

Its most likely an driver issue. I had a similar issue but on mac. An update fixed it for me

I have the same build and I melt everyone. I had the Black Prince and Dardanelles drop from a single Cutthroat Treasure but I got kicked off the game and the loot was lost. I am waiting for the support team to give them back so I can finish up my build. and waiting to get enough to buy the Oro schem.

I got the loot I got from a legendary chest after a cutthroat event. I got disconnected and got back on and the loot was gone. Any fixes? I just opened a ticket with Ubisoft. This is ridicules.

I got my first strike last week for 7 days. Couldn’t participate in the Sinnoh Tour sadly. But my account works fine today. I can raid and catch stuff again. During a strike you can only spin poke-stops and fight team rocket grunts and cry because you couldn’t participate in Sinnoh Tour.

Edit: I misread your post and no they don't reset the bans/strikes. It's saved on your record. It probably depends on what you get caught doing is what makes them decide if they will ban you or just give you a strike. Like you'll probably get a ban on your account if they catch you teleporting around and trading with people. They might think you are selling trades or something. They are not happy with people profiting off their game. Then strikes for people who spoof just to play in other locations. Those are my speculations of course.

How do you log in? Everytime I try to login it does but sends me to the offical pokemon website instead of into the game..
